PET POLICY

We welcome responsible pet owners. Only cats and small dogs weighing 25 pounds or less are permitted on the property.

A non-refundable pet deposit of $250 per approved pet is required prior to move-in. In addition, a monthly pet rent of $25 per approved pet will be added to the tenant’s monthly rental payment.

All pets must be disclosed on the rental application and approved by management before being brought onto the property. A maximum of two approved pets is permitted per household.

Tenants are responsible for ensuring that their pets do not create a nuisance, excessive noise, safety concern, or disturbance to neighbors. Pets must be properly supervised and controlled at all times.

Tenants are fully responsible for any damage caused by their pets, including but not limited to damage to flooring, walls, doors, landscaping, or other property. Any costs associated with repairs, cleaning, deodorizing, flea treatment, or pet-related damages will be the responsibility of the tenant.

Aggressive behavior, repeated complaints, property damage, or failure to comply with this policy may result in the revocation of pet privileges and may be considered a violation of the lease agreement.

Unauthorized pets are strictly prohibited and may result in additional fees and/or lease enforcement actions.

Management reserves the right to approve or deny any pet based on size, behavior, breed, or other reasonable factors related to the safety and well-being of the property and its residents.
